"This was the best of the four hotels we stayed at during our trip to Puglia this year. It was very quiet, intimate, cozy, beautiful property with fantastic pool and conveniently located close to several excellent beach clubs. The staff were outstanding and helpful. Kate kindly waited for us until almost midnight to check us in when we arrived much later than expected. We can't wait to return. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!"

"Everything was wonderful. The room was clean and the staff were wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and we always managed to find parking close by. The location was perfect ...walking distance to everything. Would definitely recommend this hotel"

"Die Unterkunft liegt sehr nahe am Zentrum, max. 5 Gehminuten. Der Whirlpool auf der Dachterrasse macht bei schönem Wetter auch abends noch Spaß. Schön war auch der große Parkplatz für die Autos, gleich gegenüber und immer freie Plätze."

"This was a great stay! Balcony with ocean view was perfect. Steps away from the beautiful beach. The rooms, balcony, and premises were always spotless. Free breakfast was amazing and staff at the breakfast (specifically Antonella) and both front desk girls were always super kind and attentive. They treated us and my daughter like family. We wished we had stayed longer. Thank you Hotel Miramare. We will definitely be back☺️"

"On the pictures it indicates that there was seating options in the garden, but there wasnt. The parking garage was full,so we had to park on the street where parking was difficult and expensive. The shower did not close fully. The sink was blocked when we arrived. The tenant was not very friendly. When the Aircon did not work he wanted to make me believe that I was unable to manage the remote control to then find out that the battery was low. Apparently I oversaw that we did book without...

"Was a fantastic apartment with very cold AC! Shower was nice and hot. Very close to town center and beach. "

But other than that the experience was very bad, the advertised and paid room did not exist, we booked a triple room e balcony and got put on a double w a queen bed, when we went to check they moved us to a tiny one with two single beds and that’s when they owned the fact that the booked room did not exist in the property. "Abbiamo trascorso un piacevole weekend all'Hotel dei Basiliani a Otranto e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. La struttura è curata, accogliente e situata in una posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro e il mare. La camera era spaziosa e pulita, la colazione varia e di qualità, e tutto il personale si è dimostrato gentile, professionale e sempre disponibile. È stato un soggiorno rilassante e piacevole. "Irene Is awesome! The hotel is lovely, everything was built with love, till the last small detail. Very quiet area, great as a base to visit the area around town and go to the beach. Breakfast is incredible, the beds are very comfortable and Irene is always great at recommending place to visit. If we visit puglia again we will definitely stay again at La Filanda"
