"Parking for the hotel is a 10 minute walk away across cobblestones because of major structural work on a nearby building. Cannot even drop off bags in front of the hotel because of that. Room was fine and bed very comfortable."

"Such a beautiful hotel situated just a 5 minute walk from the Basin. The warm welcome from Renee on Reception and then all the staff was wonderful. The pool is small but the outside facilities are really great a little oasis. We had lunch in the restaurant and it was outstanding! Overall a fantastic hotel and we will definitely return."

"O hotel tem uma parte "antiga" (para mim, velha). Não queira ficar lá. A mais contemporânea é 100 vezes melhor. Tanto que troquei de quarto. É um hotel interessante mas não oferece nada além do básico. Não dá para comer nada fora dos horários de almoço e jantar nos dois únicos restaurantes que tem. Se pedir alguma coisa no quarto precisa escolher horário de entrega (o que pedi teria que esperar mais de uma hora para trazerem). Não voltaria."

"We had two rooms. One of the rooms wasn’t configured the way we initially asked so they re adjusted which was nice. The rooms were very hot and our adult children room had no airflow or cooler. We asked for fan very early in day as we arrived well before check in time. We kept asking and they said they would find one but they told us at midnight they gave the last one away.
