"Rooms missing Iron and there is no reception which makes it hard to reach out a person for international guests if we need something."

And the communication is dialed in - with super helpful emails and near immediate response through Whatsapp. Also, there was some trouble with a taxi strike and on the way back to the airport the cleaning staff worked with me doggedly to have a friend transport us and made sure we made it in the car and were taken care of. "Great location plus all the instructions go get there bu the host were spot on. As i reached early i was also allowed to keep the luggage in the coffee shop next to it. The lovation is very central with almoat all attractions walking at a walking distance from it. It was fitted with a full size jacuzzi tub in the shower room. "

Tout est proche et se fais à distance de marche (Acropole, Mont Lycabettus, etc). 3 supermarchés à moins de 5 minutes de marche. Le pourquoi j’ai enlevé un étoile est à cause du bruit, il y a 2 restaurants sous l’hôtel et ils ferment très tard et il y a beaucoup de gens et de la musique et l’hôtel n’a aucune insonorisation, nous n’avons presque pas dormi. "There was a change in ownership happening the day we stayed there but contacting to check-in and out went smoothly, and they helped us arrange airport ride for morning. Very nice place in a nice area with Distant Acropolis view from balcony and with dinner and breakfast options steps away. Had we stayed longer would have made use of the mini kitchen… next time would stay for longer."

"The hotel is very well located and the room size and quality were great. It's truly a fine hotel. Just be aware that the music volume from local bars can be a significant problem. After we and other guests complained, the staff asked several of the local bars to please turn down their music, and they did, only to turn it back up after a while. We had to get a noise machine for the room which the hotel supplied us. The staff was great, as was the room, and we slept comfortably."

"The non-lux rooms are very tight, one can barely fit between the tv and the bed. Staff is EXCELLENT but this place is only good for a single romantic jacuzzi night, or a single solo traveler. It doesn't really fit two people on vacation. Has luxury amenities, plush towels, nice soaps, but misses the basics, like a place to hang towels, bathroom door doesn't close ( and light comes trough, so your partner wakes you up if using the restroom), had only 2 hangers for jackets, no raiser for...
