"Nice hotel with lovely staff at reception and in breakfast room. Room was too hot 24.5 degrees. Entrance into bath was too high for using shower(no shower cubicle) A little away from old town and shopping centres. Access to trams again was about 5 minutes walk. Reasonably priced but area at bottom of square near Macdonalds would have resulted in less walking"

"Friendly staff and a clean, comfortable room. I particularly liked the pillow, which was very comfortable and made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. I recommend booking with breakfast, as there’s a good selection of food. It’s better to arrive a little later, though, as there’s a queue when breakfast first opens. One unpleasant surprise was that when I tried to enter the breakfast area again an hour later, I was turned away and wasn’t even allowed to have a cup of coffee. Instead, I was offered the option to buy one for €3. I stay in hotels quite often, but this was the first time I’ve experienced something like this. I could hear children running around upstairs from my room, but I didn’t hear any noise from the neighboring rooms. Overall, the room was good, and I would recommend the hotel."
