"This was an excellent stay. Only chose this d/t a sale through Expedia, but glad we did. Stayed 2 nights and were upgraded to a premium king room which was beautiful. So Many Mirrors!!! the hotel location was great- walked everywhere, the happy hr at the restaurant/bar was excellent and the staff were very accommodating. We would certainly stay here again and have told all our friends how enjoyable our stay was."

"I had a charge on my bill from the restaurant. I told them I paid for my dinner but yet they said they watched video of me and my daughter and I never paid cash or card but signed off on my order to charge to my room. I basically was told I was lying to them. Terrible!"

"Loved my room! Two things: my room felt a bit on the cool side, even with the thermostat maxed out at 76. I thought I felt cool air coming out of the vent (but was too tired to contact the desk about it). The bathroom ceiling fan could use a dusting. All in all, very happy."

Miles and John and R …. were all wonderfully kind and welcoming. Everyone would go out of their way to make sure you had what you needed. Bartender was also fantastic. We had drinks and dinner and everything was quite good. I will recommend this to anyone staying in Seattle and we will be back for our next visit. I also love that they changed the elevator rug...

"Although the property was nice and the staff were nice the consistency and urgency was extremely poor. When we checked in we notified the front desk person that one of our luggage’s would be delivered later and to look out for it. Left our name time and room number and when we got the text from the airline that it was delivered we waited for it to be sent to the room and it never came. We had to go down hours later and get it just to see that it was out in the open where anyone can take. Also...

"Great space with tons of character while still feeling modern and very clean. I love the ac/heat mini split, the couches, the gator statues and the free candy! I’d request the complimentary coffee be out before 9am, but noon checkout and coffee every 10 steps (Seattle!) more than compensate. I cannot wait to return to watch another concert of a lifetime (Moonchild changed me! Love love love!) and a comfortable night upstairs to rest and have a nice lazy morning after. Wish I could give it 11...
