"Words cannot express how impressed we were with this hotel. The moment you walk into it, you feel as you travelled back in time and the room itself was beyond our expectations! The walls in the room look as if you are in the middle ages in Jerusalem under King David and Solomon. We also had breakfast there and it was delicious! I have to also give thanks to our host there who helped me with my car to the parking lot. Overall, highly recommend this place and it proves how people can live...

"Muy poca limpieza en el hotel. El house-kipping no es suficiente para los cuartos y ocupación del fin de semana. Hacen el cuarto muy tarde. No tienen suficiente personal. La comida bien presentada pero no de muy buen sabor y escasa.
Lástima porque la propiedad y la zona están excelentes. ."

"Location is great!! A few mins walk to the Old City Jerusalem thru Herods Gate, or Damascus Gate (nice coffee & elfresco dining) or the New Gate or more popular Jaffa Gate. So close to the Western Wall, Via Delerosa, Temple Mount & venturing through the maze of markets is wonderful. Such a mix of cultures & religions in the old city.
Hotel is presented well, does need maintainance, but still a nice place to stay.
The staff are so helpful & the location in the Muslim area has some delightful...

"We had our room cleaned every other day. Some days we would get new water bottles, replaced soap, refilled coffee and tea, but not every time. It was hit or miss. We were there for 14 days and as wonderful as the breakfast is, it is the same food already picked out for you, for 14 days. Variety would be much better. The Wi-Fi does not work half the time and the door keys take about ten tries before you get lucky and get into your room. The staff is the best staff; everyone would go out of their...

"The staff was amazing, the view was excellent. But the owner needs to shut down for a few days and clean it top to bottom and fix the many many broken items. This is a classic property that could be amazing but is being managed without an eye to the important details. There were too many things broken to list and the common areas were a disaster. Sheet were clean though :)"
