"Amazing location. Wasn't aware there's free washing machine facility that was super convenient. Very helpful staff. Dining options are limited with one option to dine at the hotel, or take away from pizzeria about 10mins walk / Pick up from kiwi store. Also found another takeaway away at Osthorn for one of the nights, pizzeria was not open during our stay."

"This is a great hotel, better than the other five star hotel I stayed in Oslo a week ago. The rooms are very nicely decorated and clean. The staff is extremely helpful. Alexander at the front desk is one of the best i have met. My son accidentally broke the glass lamp in the room. They sent people to our room to clean up in the mid of the night. The lamp is not cheap. I offered to pay for the damage. Alexander said no need. It was an accident. It happens. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"Super nice classic and elegant hotel, has a great location and the staff has a super attitude for service. It’s always crowed with many locals at the lobby or the restaurant, the restaurant is really good and has a great staff as well. Congratulations because I loved it!"

"This is a great, no frills hotel right in the centre id town and close to everythi g you need and might want to see. All the doors and locks are operated by smartphone, through their website, which is a bit daunting if you haven't used a system like this before, and can cause a little bit of battery-anxiety, but ultimately it works very well. "We only needed one overnight stay and appreciated the closeness to the train station. One front desk agent was much more helpful than the other but otherwise the hotel was fine. The bar next door made delicious cocktails and there are several restaurants nearby."

"The Saga Hotel is a hidden gem in Oslo. It’s within walking distance to the city, yet in a lovely, quiet area. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Breakfast is wonderful. We felt safe and welcomed! It was so nice knowing we were going back to this lovely hotel after a day of sight seeing!! "

"Rooms have high level of finish, especially bathroom. Overall room size is a bit small. Included breakfast was fantastic. Staff was super helpful and cordial. Location is next to center of mass transit; train, tram and bus so access to most anywhere is simple. Magor tourist site ar within walking distance. Exceptional property and operation."

"Location is fantastic. 9* The room size is small clean which is alright. Noisy external tram / train noise. Later midngt, young guys with loud music hanging around. At 3am next door room had late ngts screaming laughing. Hard to sleep."
