"Great staff at both the front desk and the dining room. Room was spacious, comfortable bed, wonderful bathroom. Had late dinner in the dining room with great service and food was good. Free breakfast too! We chose it because of its close location to Dt. Jacobs but were really impressed with the hotel."

"The room was good with areas to be improved. The bathroom had been recently redone and was in excellent condition. The bed was comfortable and the inside temperature on a hot day was comfortable. The couch was a bit dirty in places and there was on a two seater couch, no desk or other seating. Parking was easy, with good size spaces. All the people I spoke to were helpful."

"Our stay was excellent. However, we could not figure out how the hand-held nozzle in the shower worked, but it did not impede our stay. It would have been nice to have an outdoor swimming pool and a hot tub in the indoor pool. The breakfast was adequate with food items refilled often."

"The room was spotless; everything from the carpet to the grout in the bathroom tile was very well maintained - in fact looked brand new. The pool was again well maintained and spotless. We only stayed for one night but Suburban would cerainly be our choice the next time we are in Stratford."

"Really didn’t use any amenities as we were there to stay for a wedding. The elevator seemed to be very awkward. Everyone was waiting and seemed to be a little frustrated and resorted to the stairs unless they had bags. The café was closed when we were checking in and it would’ve been nice to be able to have a drink or a snack together with other friends. In the morning I had gone down to order some coffees to take to the room and the service seemed somewhat lacking."

"The well appointed green room was clean and quiet. This is a self service operation with no front desk but check in was flawless with our own personal code to enter. Downtown location is great. We parked on site and walked to all shops, dining and theatre. Can certainly recommend."
