"The property was in a good location to walk down to the beach and restaurants. About an hour walk to Split main Riva ( promenade). The indoor pool and jacuzzi were lovely as was the spa. The reflexology massage is recommended. The large breakfast buffet in the dining hall was delicious."

The hotel itself is outstanding but that's never what makes the difference between extremely good hotel and a world class, top end boutique hotel this. It's the staff,they care. They care about doing an unbeatable, professional job with pride. Most importantly they care about you. So this is not really a review of the hotel (they don't really need it), it's a review of You. "Pros: It is a good resort, and the room was large. Food was good. Cons: There was no tea or coffee in the room, and the chair in the room was broken. To travel to Split for any trips or shopping, you need to take a one-hour ferry and spend 13 Euros. The resort has 2 parts 3* and 4* which is not clear during the booking. "

"This hotel is a solid good hotel and has the potential to be great. The hotel itself is in an amazing location, on the beach with close access to the paid beach facilities so you are very close to the sea, and less than a ten minute walk to the marina. The hotel complex is massive and has several pools, snack bars, restaurants, and a couple receptions, so you never feel squashed together. You are assigned a restaurant at check in, but we did explore another restaurant anyway which was just as impressive if not better than ours. The restaurant is in a buffet style and is tasty, but can feel quite repetitive after while but staying for seven days is fine in respect of food variety. Our room was recently refurbished and looked quite modern, and the room was in a clean state which was a relief. We received fresh towels every other day and a ‘touch up’ once during the week, please bear in mind that the bedding was only tidied and not actually changed. The hot water was temperamental and we had atleast two, if not three days without hot water but this may have just been an issue with our room specifically. The clubhouse was a great touch, which was an adults only semi-indoor pool and relaxation area with a paid bar, although an all-inclusive bar was a very short walk away. It allowed us to relax in a quieter environment with a great pool with views of the sea. "

"Everything was great except on the description it stated no “direct” access to the pool where it should have simply stated no pool as the pool was only for other suites. Pictures of pool were all over the description."
