"Very nice room, top floor! Nice surprise for us as we were on our honeymoon with champagne and cake. Daily free refills water tea coffee etc, towels bathrobes etc. amenity kits all provided. Spa was really nice and inclusive of the price of the room and also had a little refreshment station with water tea coffee and smoothie, aswell as fruit and cookies. "Wonderful staff at the reception. Very professional, they communicate in English, very helpful , and go out of their way to make one feel at home. Two of them we came across was George and Nana…both were amazing. Housekeeping staff wonderful…our rooms were immaculately clean. Breakfast at the coffee shop was good. Gigi & Nika were exceptional. "Ao chegar, mesmo antes da hora, me foi oferecido um quarto que já estava pronto e superior ao que tinha reservado. Ou seja, me deram um upgrade de quarto e um checkin antecipado. "City centre, in comparison with other hotels, you don’t need to go to the mountain , the location is in the middle of a main street. Shopping, restaurants - whatever you want. The staff is very helpful, the apartment is clean, the kitchen has everything you need for housing. The only minus: sometimes the Wi-Fi signal is not good in a bedding room, but perfect in the living room and kitchen. "
