"I wish the had better toiletries for the shower. The shower also tended to exceed the limits and spread water on the floor. We had to be careful in that respect, and wasted a lot of towels to keep it contained. Otherwise the room was comfy. We had a balcony which was sweet. Staff was very friendly and accommodating."

"Although our stay was just for few hours everything was excellent. We couldn’t eat at the restaurant, but the bar was open and had pizza. The service and the staff were awesome, very pleasing and attentive. We would like to stay there again to enjoy the city. 5 minutes walking to the Zurich HB station. "

"We didn't have breakfast. If you are in a comfortable room you do not get a kettle or a safe although the staff did say we could use the coffee machine in the lobby and lockers by reception. Nice spa area though the hot tub was out of use. "

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is pretty good. Public spaces were nice. Was given a room opposite the elevator and could hear noisy conversations as people gathered here. Borrowed an iron which was faulty and didn’t work. Breakfast was poor for the price paid. "

"Building 'fault' alarm at 1am. Everyone evacuated. No clear communication from staff. No mention or comment, apology or anything the next morning..."

"The hotel is located far from everything. I cannot believe this is called a five star hotel. It is a two star Hampton hotel. When you arrive to the reception, they send you on a half mile hike down to Long tunnel to get to the supposedly @superior room.” the room we went into was dingy and old and the bidet didn’t work. The shower didn’t work, and if you tried to plug in the towel, warmer, the breaker flipped, and all the lights went out. They moved us to another room, which was actually better. Unfortunately, I left my very expensive $$$$ jewelry at the hotel when we departed and 5 hours later when I called to retrieve it, they claimed “they had found no jewelry”. It WAS there. Someone at the hotel hit the jackpot. So it was a terrible two day stay for us."
