Aile evine gitmiş gibi karşılandık ve uğurlandık. Temizlik personeli arkadaşlardan otel müdürüne kadar istisnasız herkes canla başla ilgiyle sevgiyle güler yüzle rahatımız için ellerinden geleni yaptılar. Konaklayan her misafirle tek tek özel olarak ilgilendiler. Tahir Bey ve özellikle 2 Mehmet’e sevgilerimizi gönderiyor tekrar tekrar teşekkür ediyoruz. Tabii ki tekrar görüşeceğiz.

Ocak 21_23 arasında otelde konakladık. Yorumlarda asansör yok dediler evet yok ama zaten girişten 5 basamak çıkınca 2.kat a gelmiş oluyorsunuz, ailelere de kolaylık sağlıyorlar. Kahvaltısı yemeği vasay diye yorumlar vardı, 2 gün konakladık kahvaltısı akşam yemeği lezzet temizlik ve çeşitlilik açısından gayet tatmin ediciydi. Odamız 2.günün sabahından tekrar temizlenmiş tüm havlular değiştirilmiş eksikler tamamlanmıştı. 2 gün tatişimizden memnun ayrılmamıza sebep olan başta İsmail bey olmak üzere bütün the sıgn esentepe çalışanlarına, mutfak ekibine çok teşekkür ederim. İsmail beye ayrıca çözüm odaklı olmasından ötürü de teşekkür ediyorum. Kayak merkezi yeni başlayanlar için acemiliği atmak için çok yeterli bir pisti var.eğer yeni başlıyorsanız burası idealdir.profesyonellere yeterli gelmeyebilir:) kayak merkezi çalışanlarına da teşekkür ediyorum.

Harika bir tatildi

Yemeklerden konfora, temizlikten, sunulan imkanlara kadar hersey mükemmeldi. Yemekler açık büfeydi ve restoran bölümünde çalışanların ilgisi çok iyiydi. Otelin manzarası çok güzel. Yakında kayak pisti olması ayrıca çok büyük avantaj. Spa biraz küçük olmasına rağmen kalabalık olmadığı sürece sorun olmaz.

Eğer odanız ormana bakıyorsa yandınız geredenin tüm sarhoşları gece 2 ye kadar ormanda mangal yaktı anıra anıra şarkı söyledi ve odanız mangal dumanı doldu ayrıca geredenin tüm egzozları açılmış şahin ve doğanları kah lastik çekerek kah ara gazı vererek tavaf ettiler otelin etrafını sabaha kadar polisi aradık bi gözüküp gittiler değişen hiçbirşey olmadı.Kabus gibi bir geceydi rezil oldu tatilimiz.
