"The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed 4 days and they cleaned the room every day.
The only thing we didn’t understand, the first 2 days they delivered breakfast, but the last 2 days they didn’t. "
"It looked like it closed down 10 years ago. Buildings were falling apart, the pool was dry and no one was there. We traveled 2 hours to get there and luckily he was ok to cancel and turn around and leave. "
"It is a nice hotel with a nice view of a mountain and a river. The location is fantastic with many nice restaurants and cafes around the hotel. The hotel room is spacious and clean. Some of the hotel staff are friendly. I like this hotel."

The hotel staff was helpful, giving me many tips for places to see. But the hotel surrounding area is noisy. I can hear someone in the neighborhood arguing very loudly late at night. "It was nice that you can smoke outside, on the sides of the hotel, very convenient, the hotel has cameras outside so, that made me fell safe. Staff at the front desk was nice. The only thing that happened to me was when I was checking in I was told that I could go to have breakfast the first day, pay regular price and if I like it come back after breakfast and take advantage of the special price for the rest of our stay, we did it that way, but when I came back to the front desk the next day they told me that I had had to ordered when I check in, the associate who check me in was off, so they contacted him to verify what I was telling them I was told, it was a little bit annoying, but at the end they solved it, maybe the whole staff should be aware that it’s possible. Overall we like it"
"Spacious room with a fantastic view of the Taipei 101 Tower. Excellent metro service literally at the hotel doorto most key tourist sites. Bathroom is great with separate/soaker tub and beautiful shower."
