Good 3* hotel, next to the Gérardmer lake

The hotel has been renovated and it's still on the way of being done: new parking and wellness area are the next target. New owners who seems decided to improve the old hotel. Rooms are modern arranged, lobby and corridors too, the place is clean. Rooms on the street side are quite noisy due to heavy traffic passage (main road, roudabout passing by the city).

Adequate

On arrival we did not know what to expect: the hotels exterior is not very appealing. The reception area has an old fashioned decor. The room however was clean, and the bathroom renovated with even an extra closet in addition to the 2 drawers under the sink. The main colour in the room is grey, this makes the room rather dull. The breakfast at €14 was sufficient. No eggs or other warm food. We only took it the first day, the other 3 breakfasts we enjoyed in the city center.

J'ai réservé en me trompe pas d'une semaine dans les dates... je me suis rendu compte de mon erreur seulement 1h avant fais le tour de rizent intrinsigente. Atelier fait preuve d'une politique totalement intransigeante aucun échange aucun arrangement possible. ( Je ne peux juger de la qualité de l'hôtellerie) . Cette politique commerciale est à proscrire.

Nous avons passé une nuit avec mon conjoint pour nous déconnecter du quotidien pres du lac de Gérardmer. L'hotel est très bien situé, juste en face du lac. Un snack resto juste à côté de l'hôtel et pas très loin, il y a un espace de bien être avec piscine, bowling, escalade... Vraiment l'hôtel est très bien situé, très propre et super accueil. Le + : stationnement gratuit devant. Je recommande fortement

L'hôtel La Réserve est bien situé, mais très décevant à l'extérieur, d'autant plus quand comme nous on arrive sous la pluie : crépi sale, parking dans une cour mal agencée, aspect vieillot. À l'intérieur, on voit qu'il y a eu rénovation des chambres et des couloirs, peut être aussi du bar. La chambre était propre, bien insonorisée, conforme aux photos, la literie confortable et la décoration correcte. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était tout à fait satisfaisant avec du choix, des produits de qualité et locaux, et le personnel disponible.
