"Staff was nice, they let us check out an hour later, room was clean and bed was very comfortable but the room was dated and worn(not a dealbreaker though) but for one night in a town where accommodations are limited in the middle of winter we were happy with our stay "

"This is an excellent place to stay when we attend concerts at the Kee to Bala. It's fun and a relaxed fun environment within walking distance. The staff is always amazing when we come. "

"Property was clean but but could use some TLC. There is no way someone can sleep on the pull out couch. It’s extremely uncomfortable (basically a blanket over metal springs. Gladly we packed a blowout mattress with us. Nice view from our unit though. "

"Our apartment was nicely updated and clean except for the duvet cover that wasn't cleaned before our stay. You could tell because there was a blood stain on it. The mattress needs to be changed as it was very uncomfortable. There was supposed to be a sofa bed but was more of a day bed with a child size pull out bed under the couch so was falsely advertised. Very close to blue mountain so that was nice. "

"The pull out couch bed was very uncomfortable we had a 2 year old and ware not able to sleep for 2 night stay ( we checked in late so we requested a late check out but was declined no happy with the stay !"

"Bed not comfortable at all, there was this suffocating perfume smell inside the appartment, we could taste it it was so strong. And seems like a lot is fallong apart in the unit. Communication was good with Trillium"

"It was extremely clean and very well thought out space. There was shared kitchen (everything except stove) and sitting area. The space is shared by three rooms (4,5 and 6). Towels to soap to dishes, coffee/tea (complimentary) was awesome. We really enjoyed out stau."
