"The room was clean the rug in the room really did need a good vacuuming and cleaning. Staff were friendly and courteous with clients. The beach view was not exactly what I wanted because they was machines on the beach and I think they should’ve offered a deductible for the room since you couldn’t get to the beach because the cruise down there were working rebuilding the beach. This is family, friendly with kids not so much couples or seniors the hotel was loud at night."

"The property was a gem. We loved the amenities and the rooms were perfect for a beach vacation. Some wear and tare but only what’s expected from rooms where you’re coming in and out of the beach. Couch was not the most comfortable for hanging at night when the kids went to bed but overall it was a beautiful room and we were comfortable for the amount of time we were in there. Loved the ocean view and everyone on staff was super friendly. I only really knocked a star because of the terrible flow of traffic for check in. I could see a benefit to staggering check in times. Idk anything about the hotel business so maybe that’s unreasonable but we had to circle so many times before we could even get reasonably close and then opted to load our stuff from across the street because it was so chaotic. But the actual check in at the desk was so smooth and quick. The coffee shop was under renovation which feels like a bad time in peak season but not a huge deal. Overall we loved our stay and if we go the condo route again I’d go back."

"It's just an old hotel. Reno would be nice. And our TV didn't work during our stay. We could get it to turn on and once they got it on it wouldn't cut off. And then it never came back on!"
