Just got back from a week at 592 Hospitality. The staff were so helpful and friendly, they were always available for any questions we had. The building was clean and secure and I loved the location! Smooth check-in even though it was the middle of the night. Would recommend and will definitely be staying here again.

Let me start off by saying that the location is great, close to restaurants and transportation is easily accessible. The staffs were very polite and helpful, the room and location were clean, however they were a few things that was disappointing, the rooms are fully tile which is okay however there were no rugs in the room or bathroom so you are forced to walk on cold tile all the time. Now who put smooth tile in the shower, whenever you take a shower, you are sliding and there is no handle in the shower. I recently had a knee replacement surgery which make taking a shower very difficult without a shower mat which I asked for and was advise that they do not have any, so I was forced to go and purchase one to prevent from falling while in the shower. I stayed on the first floor and the door to enter did not have any handles on it so you are forced to open the door by putting your finger through the hole to pull the door open which is metal and I cut my finger twice doing so. The dishes that were in the room was not clean and the spoons were bent; the fridge looks like it was not cleaned in a while it needed defrost and cleaned out it was full of ice. Let's not talk about the gym which is one the reasons I booked this hotel due to me having surgery and needed to keep up with my exercise. It was like working out in a sauna and it is not kept, no fan all the weights were packed in a corner and only 20lb weights (2 to be exact) were available, needs improvement

Front desk staff are amazing! That being said, this property should not be opened during this time! During my entire stay from 6/22/26-6-30/26, the hotel had major renovations happening. I’m talking hammer drilling from 8 am to 6 pm, that is heard all throughout the building and in my room. I tried speaking to management but they kept ignoring me. This is not how a business is run! You Guys need to close 592 until this work is finished! You can not have guests staying there while you do this kind of renovation. Terrible management. You think you can stay open while guests can’t sleep? Smh

The staff went above and beyond to make the stay perfect for us. Leeza and the friendly owner were so friendly and committed to top notch customer service. Great a/c, mattresses, bathrooms, close to lots of food options, buses, the zoo and botanical gardens. The roof top gazebo and gym were unique and had stunning views. Highly recommend!
