"Getting id checked every 5 mins was very very annoying, what is the point of a hand stamp if you still get id checked everywhere? Tap water tasted like a portapotty - used it to brush teeth and can't imagine what it would be like with out tooth paste/ or actually drinking it. Drunk guy broke glass ..."

"Good place to stay. Big hotel. Staff always sits in the lobby as is expected for a hotel of this size. They got irons, ironing boards, steemers, tall mirrors and hairdryers in all rooms."

Lady Luck Casino Black Hawk
"We arrived early to check in, 1hour, We asked the front desk for handicap room with two queen size beds. Not available. Asked about toilets being higher??? Yes they replied. NO WAY. Then they said early check-in- 11:00 extra. When will hotels STOP gouging people? listened to people's dog barking ..."
