"From the moment we arrived, it was a welcoming, friendly environment! We toured the Inn, which is beautiful and clean. There were delicious cookies in the dining room. The room was clean. The historic vibes were amazing. The bathroom was clean. It is in the perfect location. You just walk outside, and you are on the main street, yet it's still very quiet at night. Parking was easy. The bourbon bar was disappointing....no one waited on us (even though we were told to sit anywhere and that someone would take our order) and bartender seemed a bit overwhelmed so we left without getting any drinks. That is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars on everything. Would definitely stay there again on our next visit to Fredericksburg.♥️"

The room was clean, and the shower was well maintained with plenty of accessories thoughtfully stocked in the room. "Room was large, comfortable and clean. Area is very noisy. This was a pit stop on a long trip. First stop there was a coffee pot in our room. Second stop no coffee pot and no facial tissue in the bathroom. I asked for the tissues but never got them. Hotel personnel not particularly friendly. Overall I still would recommend the hotel for a pit stop on a road trip."

"Breakfast was OK. However there was no fresh fruit or fruit of any kind. This is the second Spark Hotel I have stayed at. In both cases the orange juice was watery . I couldn’t drink it. The coffee was very good."

"The rooms were clean. The bed was ok. Breakfast was ok not great but ok. However, they took my credit card for incidentals and when I checked the card account after leaving they charged it $10.65 with out telling me they were going to. Upon calling them to inquite what that was they said parking fee. When I told the guy on the phone that I was not informed of a parking fee charge he said that they always tell everyone about it....well no sir they did not last night. The charge was not alot...
