"This was a great place to stay. Close the museum and not far from the downtown Bentonville area as well. The staff could not have been more helpful. We had good exchanges with multiple people at the front desk and without fail they were very hospitable and helpful. The bed was very good. Everything was clean. No offensive odors. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again."

"The front staff checking in was not helpful and had a little attitude about nothing, but the staff on duty when I checked out was fabulous. The drink stations were not kept up. Coffee was out, sugar was everywhere, that area looked dirty. The gaming floor was clean and they do have plenty of games to play. I spend a lot of time at Choctaw Casinos so was really excited to try Cherokee, but from this experience, I will probably stick to Choctaw if I am wanting a weekend getaway but wouldnt mind...

"I only stay at this hotel out of convenience. It’s falling apart, the rooms are not clean, and our room didn’t go below 75. The beds are uncomfortable, and the pillows are half pillows. I didn’t even know they made those. Also, the staff is less than thrilled to check in guests. If you can avoid this hotel, do."

"This location was so convenient being right on the Old Main greenspace /lawn and they allowed me to leave my car parked while attending orientation activities. Hotel has a lot of beautiful historic features and is well maintained, with modern conveniences like a garden tub, high flow shower head, and lots of power and USB connections."

"I got a renovated room, MTB bike friendly, extremely clean, comfy mattress and pillows. Bathroom is well stuffed with towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner. Spotless clean. This hotel is on the new electronic fashion, check in by web, digital locks at the door, code is sent by text message. Coffee machine is priceless. Good room price."
