"The hotel was hot everyday. Asked for a fan to be brought up and never was. We also asked for room service to clean our room and provided new towels and all they did was bring towels and place them on the bed. Will never stay here again"

"Very clean and beautiful styled rooms. The view and location was excellent. As for the $100 deposit, It’s been 7 business days and still haven’t got my deposit back yet. I asked for a printed receipt when checking out and was told to contact the 3rd party website I booked my stay at for a receipt. I like to see what was charged on my card on file upon check out and was denied a simple printed receipt."

"the room is very dirty, floor corner has lot of garbage, look like they clean center of floor and push dirt to corner, bath tub don't know how long did not clean, all the stain in tub.
table top are sticky, stain on TV, chair has lot of dust and dirt, carpet has lot of dirty marker, drink hot water is not hot, filter water not working.
I was talk to other people, they all say is dirty
only front desk is good.
not going to use this place any more, and will let friends know.

"5th year staying at the Magnolia. Room was clean and cleaned daily and they gave me 4 extra pillow. Free water provided at front desk as well as cookies at night. We also got window room. Staff was helpful with any questions and allowed late checkout. This year did not visit bar but sometimes on weekends they have live music. Only wish they had a pool."
