The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. Er is niet voor lakens en handdoeken gezorgd, geen welkomst pakket, geen card voor skilockers en spa. 5 keer met Mont Blanc booking gebeld en ze beloven het, maar er kwam niks! De receptie zegt dat dit app. in privé beheer is en zij geen handdoeken en lakens mogen geven …dus geslapen zonder lakens en met handdoeken wat geïmproviseerd "
