"Car parking was terrible, it was so tight to get to the assigned park. Room is very dated. Shutters falling off hinges. So couldn’t block out light or rooms next door looking in No window in 2nd bedroom. No dining table Can only see obstructed water view from the balcony and bedroom window, not living room Shower over spa, not suitable for older guests as spa is very deep Construction site in front of balcony, had to have to door shut to minimise noise Great location "

"The Novotel is very well situated. For a fairly new hotel I did find the room looked abit tired and the bathroom was not very clean, with hairs and grime. There was also building maintenance outside our room as they are expanding the hotel. Definitely not great if you are planning a sleep in or want to go out on your balcony as you have a bunch of Trades all staring at you. This would have been good to know at the time of booking. For the price and experience I would not stay here again."

"The unit was very well maintained and clean , the bed was very comfortable. The unit was in walking distance to shops and places to eat. The only negative would be we thought we were booking the larger unit but were placed in a small one."
