"Noisy on the first floor. The food is great! Housekeeping is fantastic. The room was spotless :) I took away a star because they only have a third world hand held shower with weak water pressure, it took forever to shower which is really annoying."

"As expected in Poland, staff is not smiling or very welcoming, but keep very bureaucratic and practical. The spa was crowded, shower didn’t work and bathrobes were tiny - more like a shirt. Hotel was nice and new and the location is second to none."
