Good apartment

Location was good, there was first problems with wifi, toilet and tv but staff fixed them fast. Condition of apartment was very good.

Not good, let alone elite

Information that I wish was upfront before booking: the office to get the keys is not near the apartment. They don’t meet you to give the keys. If you are without a car, the walk from the office to the apartment is 20 minutes. Also, the apartment is not actually on the street of the address given. It’s on the backside of that building on Podbielanska and I wish someone would have told us that important information. We booked as a family of 5 but only 4 pillows and towels were provided. We were even asked by the apartment agency to confirm the number of guests. When we emailed them about this problem they told us we were wrong and that it was prepared for 5 guests. Then we were told to come to the office to get the 5th towel which would have been a 40-minute round trip walk. I asked that they bring us the 5th towel and pillow. At that point all communication from them stopped. We were ignored. Every afternoon there was a strong urine smell in the hallway of the building- not necessarily the agency’s fault. There’s a fold-out couch that apparently sleep 3 and that’s why it qualifies for 5 people. My 3 children had to sleep sideways with their feet hanging off. The TV and box are difficult to use and there are no instructions. The coffee table in the picture is in pieces, taped up, sitting in the corner of the room. Some good things about this place are: excellent location to city center and a near-by parking garage. I would not recommend this property

A big mistake

Not the best lodging experience. In the fine print if you arrive past 10pm there is a $50 fee. Delayed train and misconnection cost $50. Then the toilet seat was broken . Took two days to get fixed. My Polish friend in Gdansk made multiple calls to get it fixed. Then the shower door rollers are missing parts or have loose parts so the doors are ready to fall off. Worse part was housekeepers must not have an easy way to wash duvet covers because they don't. The bedding smelled of body odor and perspiration from previous guests. Fortunately found some bedding in the closet that didn't stink. Unfortunately, the weather here was wet and cold 11 degrees c over night and the heat was off. Had to use smelly bedding to stay warm. Didn't really use the kitchen. Ran out of toilet paper and had to go buy my own. Oh, did I mention in the fine print a $30 cleaning fee. Place is a rip off. Just go stay in a proper hotel, get good service and save some money. The owners of this apartment are trying to use it as a hotel but run it like an apartment. Should just stick to long term leasing.

Nice stay in Gdansk

Nice and clean Apartment in Gdansk. very close to the railway station, Shopping mall and the tourism attraction. Staffs are friendly and helpful. But the washing machine isnt working sometimes.

Flott beliggenhet

Fin leilighet som ligger svært bra i gamle byen av Gdansk med kort avstand til severdighetene. Leiligheten er romslig for 2 personer, men er kanskje litt minimalistisk innredet. På kjøkkenet er det oppvaskmaskin, komfyr, kjøleskap og vannkoker, men f.eks. ingen kaffetrakter eller brødrister. I stua er det kun sofa, TV og bord med 3 stoler. Vi avtalte henting fra flyplassen og alt fungerte utmerket.
