"Minimalist design means no toilet paper holder, which is confusing at 2 am. “Self parking available” means $16 mandatory fee. That could have been more clear. Otherwise nice staff, great hot breakfast."

"Breakfast was your normal continental, nothing special. Room was clean, beds pretty comfy. Check in/out was smooth. Beware, no mention of paying for parking but they will charge you $10 per day"

"The room was clean and the staff fine. The airport shuttle was late. I was suprised with a $50 fee for possible damage??? I assume it will be refunded."

"Having to wait hours for the shuttle outside door 512 Island 3 west side in the cold, jaded our stay. I called the desk 3 times to ask if a shuttle was coming and the front desk guy was very rude. Told me I was waiting at the wrong spot. Which I wasn’t. The room was adequate. Breakfast wasn’t great. We won’t be staying there again."

"Comfortable room for overnight stay reasonably near to the airport. Shuttle bus shared by other hotels so not direct, but didn’t cause us a problem. Ate in the restaurant in the evening, the service was very good, the food was OK."
