"Modern hotel, well presented with easy access to its own eateries and the many offerings close by. Only downsides were a restricted number of car parks which meant our car was out on the street all night; and the lighting in the room is very subtle with a lack of bright lighting if you are doing make up as an example. Second time we have stayed and we will go back but will need to get there early to get a car parks"

"Clean cabin, equipped with kitchen which includes microwave, stove, kettle, fridge, sink and utensils/plates etc. Excellent bathroom and toilet inside cabin. Various tropical pools, water slides and splash park available and children’s play equipment and activities eg movie night and weekly pancake breakfast. Bus stops ext to entrance or close to shopping centre if driving. Very friendly and helpful staff to organise tours or other information and moving baggage. I love the tropical atmosphere and overlooking the mountains. Also give a house keeping if you require during the week. Thankyou for great holiday accommodation."

"Harbourside Hotel is directly across the street from the beautiful (waterfront) esplanade, which we walked each night of our stay. Richard at the front desk was very welcoming and provided helpful dining suggestions. The breakfast buffet has a good selection of food options."

"The plumbing needs replacing/updating. Water had no pressure, taps were hard to turned off to prevent dripping and drainage was really slow so we couldn’t have an enjoyable shower…Otherwise it’s a great place to stay especially the location."
