"We had an excellent stay. Customer service was very friendly at front desk and helpful. We had a wonderful time at the pool. I'm in the pool industry. The chemicals were correct, very clean, and towels were available at the pool.We even brought our 3 grandchildren to the pool with us and a wonderful time. Buffet breakfast was outstanding both mornings in a row. We highly recommend this hotel. We had an incredible time!"

"Overall stay was great. Have stayed at this location several times. My only disappointment with my last visit was that could not or was not able to enjoy a total breakfast because The stove was out of order. So the breakfast was not very good! Get the stove fixed ASAP!! 🙂"

"Quiet and dog friendly"

"I have stayed here before but in recent years it seems thst the property has taken a turn for the worse. I was in town for the weekend. We arrived late in the evening on Friday and quickly noticed the room had a odor when we entered. After settling in we noticed that the closet door would not stay closed, istead there was a trash can put in front of the door to kepp it closed. There were multiple flies in the room. Could have happened when leaving the door open when cleaning. The tub had "tiles"...

"The Hotel was under renovation, but it didn’t interfere with our very wonderful, peaceful and comfortable stay. The staff maintained cleanliness and safety. The breakfast that came with our stay was FANTASTIC! If I could give all the staff at the Hampton Inn on Clemson Rd in Columbia, SC a 20 out of 5, I would! Thank you❤️ Carol and Tom Cruz Michigan"

"We checked in at 9:00 pm - pool closed room never cooled down- especially the front half of the room where sofa beds is located. left at 6:30 am room was not that cleaned - needs carpet cleaned; all mattress needs to be replaced including sofa bed. Hotel is dark and needs to be cleaned including elevators, and hallways."

"Best night of sleep I've had in a while! Reception staff was awesome - - kind and professional. Room was exactly as photographed and described. The lemon hand soap was out of this world! The personalized welcome on the flatscreen was a nice touch."

"All I wanted was a cheap room with a tv so I could watch the USA World Cup match and this fit the bill. Two negatives…high number of workers staying there and they were all drinking into the late hours right outside my room. I’m okay with that but perhaps the hotel should recognize that and keep workers on one part of the complex and put regular single night travelers in’s different section. Secondly, almost no grass to walk a dog…had to walk him way out front along the busy road."

"The first day we got back our door was left open. Then we were getting in bed and there was black hair all over blankets and pillows asked for them to be changed and they just brought us sheets and had to change them ourselves and they just internet was down had no tv or internet"
