"Not Five star for us. The building air conditioning was off for service all four days, our room bedding, glasses and cutlery weren’t changed even when we requested, and our door deadbolt lock was broken."

"Staff were so helpful and friendly! The food when we ate in the hotel restaurant was great. The only issue really was with our bathroom, every time you used the shower it basically flooded the place, but for a short stopover stay this hotel was worth it for location alone! "

Unfortunately, they were not as friendly or welcoming as I had hoped, which affected the overall experience. "We liked the clean and spacious room. Everything was in good condition even though it is not brand new. The rooms get cleaned everyday and towels get replaced everyday. We had bathtub but the shower head linked to it wasn’t working. The one that was working was right by the toilet so we had deal with wet floor and shower space overselves."
