"The hotel was nicely maintained. My only issue was that the beds are hard as a rock. The pillows are great. The bathroom door kept sticking, because they put too many coats of paint on it. It was updated nicely."

"You cannot beat the location of this hotel. It was so easy to explore Chicago on foot from this location, great restaurants are nearby. The staff are beyond helpful and friendly. Yes the rooms are a little tired and dated but overall are clean. Would definitely stay again as you can’t beat the location and price."

"The best part was the parking, I didn't have to fight for a spot in an area where parking is at a premium. Worst was the lack of hot water in the shower. it was hot but the sink was better. Also the bath tub was slippery and I felt unsafe. Cleaning/house keeping was good."
