"Check in was a nightmare, no staff on duty EVER just a notice in Spanish which we eventually translated saying if you have a problem walk to another hotel on the other side of the village and they will help you. "Stunning hotel, stunning views, extremely friendly staff, great food and a good nights sleep. We had an absolutely fantastic stay, this place is so unique and so visually beautiful you have to go! We had a cocktail in the lounge, we sampled the tapas in the bar whilst playing cards late into the evening. Breakfast was freshly prepared and served in a beautiful dining room. We had an early morning swim (during the child friendly swim time) needless to say the pool is beautiful and big enough to play Marco Polo! After check out we left the car in the car park and explored the surrounding areas. Very family friendly with wonderful staff. Highly recommend"

We were disappointed that the use of the pool/spa was an additional cost and only allowed 45 minutes, so we didn’t use it."

"Great location. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly. Don’t pay for parking as there is free parking at the bottom of the road in the big car park. The outdoor pool was so unclean. It was apparently closed which was a surprise in Sunmer and during a heatwave but we were not informed of this. There were some residents jumping into it and I’d imagine they would have been poorly next day! Although the rooms were clean, the balconies were really dirty. We can to clean the surfaces to be able to lean on them. There were no chairs to sit out which was a shame. There was space in front of the balcony which had all broken glass and an old poor towel that had been left. Not nice to look onto. Our superior double had a coffee machine but in the 3 days we were there we only got two pods and they didn’t get restock each day. Same for the bottle of water. When we asked at reception we reluctantly got a further two. Overall a good hotel with a great location. Attention to detail could be better."
