"There was no response from property management, Joivy on all my emails. No wifi info provided, stagnant and smelly water on dishwasher, noisy neighborhood, hot water always intermittently shut off, locked stove for use (conduction). Very disappointed, nobody cleaned, as per booking, we could request for cleaning and refresh beddings for a 5 night stay. I would not recommend this place. Good size of a flat but very poor service."

"Lovely clean fresh, well lit, safe area, very nice helpful staff. Love the images of local buildings on the walls. Suggestions - Backsplash of the bathroom sink is getting damaged from splashing water. Suggest using the nice floor tile to create a tile backsplash. Also bathroom would greatly benefit from a small bench or stool under the sink for toiletry bags. The ledges of the sink are a bit narrow for two people to put their toiletry bags. "
