"Property was clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and quickly responded to your needs. Clean pool. Beautiful pine trees on the property. We were surprised with a campfire in the evening and marshmallows to roast. Game room with pool table was a nice addition. I don’t have anything negative to say about my stay except I wish I would have thought to stay here sooner. "

"Great weekend trip. We have stayed here every time we come to Eureka Springs. The elevator was on the fritz while were there. We had 2 people in our party that cannot do stairs, the front desk went above and beyond to get a room on the entry level. Great custom service"

"We decided to check out the area based on recommendations of family that come to Eureka Springs often. I’m super picky and usually prefer to stay at higher end hotels but I loved the look of this room and I am a sucker for places trying to bring something old back to life. My husband was surprised when we pulled up and said there was no way the place was up to my standards until we went into our room. "This was a great local place to stay! I would recommend staying here if you love a small cozy place to stay. This place had a great pool and the BEST water pressure I have ever used in my life. You got any back problems like myself they will be gone by the water pressure alone! Will be staying here again when I come back to visit. "

"My boyfriend and I stayed for a weekend getaway. Amber was amazing, she is friendly and welcoming. Our cottage was very clean and cozy. She told us about the best places to get dinner. It's very close to shopping and dining. The breakfast was amazing and the coffee was great! Overall the service was excellent. We definitely will stay there again. "

"I traveled for work for several years. I generally stayed in the Hilton brand of motels. I can say that for an independent motel this motel would keep up with their standards. The motel was remarkably clean from the lobby to our room. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. I spoke to other guest and discovered that they were repeat customers. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. "
