"The pool water was extremely cold, wish they would’ve of heated it since we were there in the end of April. The Spa always had women sitting around & when I would try to book an appointment, they always said there were no openings. Very disappointed "

"There is not enough time nor space to tell how wonderful this Hotel and it's staff have been! Pictures do not do it justice as the Hotel and grounds are beyond magnificent. Every team members worked hard to anticipate our needs and succeeded in every instance. If you are looking for an experience that harkens back to the days when service was king...this is the place to stay!"

"Excellent location and great views but amenities were lacking, air conditioning was not working due to seasonal operations which led to uncomfortable sleeping situation. Electrical options for plug in devices was old, no usb ports. Had to request toilet paper as it was not replenished when room was cleaned, the suite has a lot of space but a very small flat screen tv that didn’t offer any other languages other than Italian, Place feels old and is in need of some updating. With some upgrades this place could be a 5 in the future."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Domo20 Hotel & Sky Bar. Our room was clean and modern, and from the rooftop bar there was a beautiful view of the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. Our family enjoyed the breakfast. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from the train station and even closer to the central piazza near restaurants. Definitely recommend."

"Offers great views in a wonderful location. The hotel is clean, bright and quiet. The pool was closed while we were there but it looks like it would be amazing. The staff were amazing! They were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great. They would make us fresh omelettes every morning. "

"This property offers amazing views. Its charm and preserved heritage steal your heart. The staff are warm and welcoming. They gave us a gift upon departure. The property is very secure. Your access code is needed for the gate, building and room so make sure you have cellular access to receive the code information in advance. The roads and parking are tight but worth the climb. "

"The room was extremely clean and the management were so helpful in organising public transport. We paid the maid to take us to the train station because we couldn’t get a taxi. They organised this. There was a good range of food for breakfast and we could see the seas and Vesuvius from our bedroom window. You have to walk up a hill to get to the train station and then you can get to Naples, Sorrento and Pompeii"
