Friendly and very polite stuff
Note that the hotel has multiple buildings, and the title picture represent the most expensive one.
No AC in the rooms.
The resort is overcrowded (with 100s of visitors who is not living in the hotel)."

"Avoid. They claimed we had to pay again upon arrival, though our reservation and payment was confirmed. We obviously didn’t. No wifi in the room, staff didn’t help us with it. They charged us for the pool (which was dirty and smelly) without previous notice. We didn’t get the room we paid for (which had a balcony). Very nasty owner, blaming us (not sure what for) instead of helping out."
