"Stayed for 5days in Seoul. Apt was great. Safe, clean and very quiet place. Brand new building which is half block away from the main road. Ac works great, so many restaurants and convenience stores around, bed and bedding are good, there is no lobby but communication was easy by the phone. Everything was great and i definitely will be back next trip. "

"The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and spacious. The amenities provided were perfect down the the small details like laundry detergent, dish soap and water provided. This came in handy. The staff was helpful, the area and the building was safe and secure. I loved my stay. This was my first time in Korea and I would definitely stay there again. "Good location near COEX conv hall especially if you have conference there. Bus and train and airport limousine bus all nearby. Washing machine and large fridge a life saver if you are staying for a longer period. Parking available in the building but can be costly, so to check price if you really need it"

"5 star location, communication with the host was fast & easy! Inside of the unit was little outdated (toilet tank cover was missing) but overall it was comfortable. Nice to have both washer & dryer inside of the unit. Kitchen was well equipped to do simple cooking. I would stay here again. "

"This place is the perfect getaway from the city if you want to relax and listen to the sound of water flowing down the stream, birds chirping and waking up to a forest view. I stayed in the red room, which had a HUGE deck, perfect for doing yoga and meditation, though it is a little old as well as the furniture. "뒤에 개울이 있어서 밤새 개구리소리랑 시내흐르는 자연의 소리를 들으며 힐링할 수 있었습니다 산가까이에 있어서 공기도 너무 좋구요 테라스에서 시원하게 앉아서 자연을 느낄 수 있습니다~ 완전 행복한 여행을 장식해준 숙소였어요 스파는 별기대안했는데 해보니까 진짜 하루 피로가 확풀렸어요 안마기능도 잇구요!!! 사장님이 친절하셔서 좋았습니다 아침에 커피도 직접 내려주시구!!! 담에 또 오고 싶습니다^^ 짱!!!"

"고시텔, 원룸텔을 자주 이용하는데 다른 고시텔 보다도 방도 훨씬 크고, 침대도 크고 푹신하고, 방 안에 인덕션,싱크대,전자레인지,냉장고가 다 있어서 단기 여행 중에도 배달 음식 시켜서 데워먹고 처리하기 편해서 좋았어요. 옷장이 없어서 입구 쪽 천장에 옷을 걸어놔야 해서 냄새가 강한 음식을 배달시켜 먹으면 냄새가 조금 날 순 있을 것 같아요. 하지만 호텔의 장점(편안한 침대 등), 고시텔의 장점을 다 합친 느낌이라 너무 좋았어요. 정말 조용하고 깨끗해요"

"위치좋고 가까운곳에 이마트24등 편의시설잘되어있고 족구장, 수영장, 각 방마다 바베큐 장 등이 인산적이였으며 입구에 인포겸 카페가 있어 편리하였다 단지 따로 잘때 바닥에 별다른 매트등이없어 좀 불편한것이 유일한 흠 친구들과 잘놀다감~"
