Hotel Dekat Gamescape by Cinemark at El Paso

"It was very spacious and comfortable."

"i saw a review where someone said best bed in a hotel ever. I agree 100%. This hotel was clean, comfortable, as quiet as El Paso can be and a good parking area. Even the coffee was good. We didn't eat so can't comment on the food but it smelled good"

"I liked the set up of the room. The pullout mattress was very thin and the sheets had on all beds had stains on them but no bugs were found."

"Wanda is an absolute gem of a person and an excellent cook. The room was comfortable and I really enjoyed having my own personal a/c unit. Location was extremely convenient with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. If I’m ever in the area again this is where I will be staying."

"The hotel was very clean and nice however the room cleaning every other day should be changed to every day. When you leave your room to go enjoy your day you don’t want to return to a dirty room with used towels , trash and an un- made bed. Other than that our stay was great. Staff was very friendly, nice and pleasant."

"Front desk staff very courteous and helpful. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, hotel was quiet no road noise and bathroom was good size with personal care products provided. Great breakfast, well stocked, clean and the lady taking care of the breakfast area was courteous, helpful and was constantly checking to make sure everything was stocked and cleaned. Will be staying here again."

"The staff was great and the Hotel was very clean."

"The room cleaning has to be asked something that it was done daily before. The hot water went out the second day. It’s ok if it comunicated but it wasn’t. I was told that the manager was going to explain what happened. Did not happened"

"I don’t like tab the water don’t go down So I don’t take shower the tv remote doesn’t work"

"El desayuno bastante bueno. Camas limpias y cómodas. La habitación un tanto maltratada."
