I enjoyed my time in this property it has everything we needed close to beach good amenities ( 2 pools ) clean very comfortable the only thing that wasn’t great was to enter in the property . There were 3 different locks on the door and the instructions were not clear on how acceding the keys . A nearby neighbor helped us and everything went smooth after that :)

The pictures were better than in person. There was not a true cooking kitchen like it was made out to be. Toilet was messed up. Elevators disgusting. Patio door was border line broken and the patio furniture had rust all over it.

We enjoyed that we basically had pool and hot tubs to ourselves at moments. We went to Galveston for the beach so beaing across the street was the best. Victorian was a great little size for our family of four. They offered plenty of blankets, games, family dvds, beach gear and kitchen items to cook. What we didnt like was the freezer never actually froze our food and we weren't supplied with any cleaning items broom, mop, disinfectant cleaners. Also, our balcony door was broken and kept falling off track. Small things but would still come back.

It looks nice on the pictures;however, it's not like i thought at all. Expect a bit early of a check out. The pool was dirty with a buch of candy wrappers and cheetos floating in it, the patio door was hard to open so we really never sat outside, they had the hallways smelling of pot because of some teenagers smoking. Checking in took a long while because the forms they sent to be filled out online apparently were never recieved back to them and that was everyone who came to check in. You also had to furnish your soap and shampoo for the shower so make sure you have soap. Alot of the property shows major wear and tear. I will say the crowd here is a bit different then i was expecting, but the property does have potential. Its just looks good from a distance then later finding out it is pretty wore out.
