"Never saw a live person in this hotel. The check in process was with a virtual attendant. The carpets were thread barren, the tile in the bathroom were doubled stacked & raised, the towels were thin as rags. Tv had many channels & a big pool. The door to the pool was very difficult to open unless a person was either strong or had some weight to push against the door which would definitely be a fire hazard. Notified virtual assistant of the door issue. It is

"The property dates from Route 66 days, and looks every bit its age. I was expecting the worst, but the room, dated though it was, was clean and comfortable. Shower and bathroom old but good. The TV turned on but all channels were unwatchable because of snowy screen. AC unit worked very well. Room quiet except for train tracks on other side of road. The area itself is very very poor but walkable...I walked three blocks for excellent Mexican food. But the town has seen better days so it can be...

"It was a good budget friendly motel. Plenty of parking, restaurants and stores are near by. The lady working the front desk was very sweet. It could've used other drinks in the vending machine, and the ice machine wasn't working. Other then that a decent little place. I would stay again."
