"Room was clean but shower was leaking out badly. We were there for two nights gone all day and when we got back our room was untouched, that was disappointing. Staff was ok more “pretentiously nice” Breakfast was ok but it felt like they were frugal with refilling everything. Coffee was like water, but luckily there is a Buzz coffee in the parking lot. Overall great location and nice new hotel with a huge pool and the nice lobby. Nice mall right across lots of food choices. "

"This was my second stay this year at the hotel and I stay in several hotels. This staff was professional, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. Nestled in the Arizona State University and famous Mill Avenue downtown Tempe areas, plenty of restaurants within walking distance and plenty of night life in the immediate area. I had an emergency business shipment and the staff handled the issue as the pros they are! My early check-in was ready and the overall stay was very relaxing....
