"The hotel is at the heart of Chinatown with a ton of option to eat, shop and play. The property is very modern with a fusion of the traditional style of Singaporean, giving you a sense of how a upscale of Singaporean would have lived and remodeled their home for the 21st century. The amenity is luxurious without being tacky. This is my second time visiting and if I ever come back Singapore this is where I will stay again"

"Almost all was excellent. But bidet seat of restroom is shower type, not attached to toilet seats like Japanese or Korean types. So I could’nt use it"

"The staff were amazing and very accommodating. This is a great place if you simply need a place to sleep and are wanting to be close to amenities. It can be a little bit loud due to the proximity to businesses, but they mention that in their website. An easy fix was white noise at night. Overall very clean and all you need to enjoy Singapore."

"Everything was perfect until we discovered that the smallest room we had booked lacked a cabinet. There was no disclaimer informing us that the room didn’t have a place to store our belongings. Consequently, we struggled to find suitable spots to store our clothes for the entire week. However, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the location was just a 10-minute walk from a train station, which more than made up for the inconvenience. "
