"Paul was a great host. Showed us around the property and our room. Was very polite and welcoming. This is a very quite place and perfect for a couples get away. We had the tower room which has a whirl pool at the top. Me and my wife loved this place. The property has a gazebo, fire place and a small pond with waterfall. Wry relaxing"

"Was greeted at check-in with a sign that the pool is unavailable due to maintenance. Ouch. Off to a disappointing start. Was just there for the night, so no high expectations. However the “out-of-order” pancake maker also put a damper on my morning. Otherwise a relatively decent place with creative decor, and not too expensive."

"The Steamboat is a beautiful old home. Parking is onsite. The host, Carol, is very nice, and her breakfasts and table settings were delightful! The B&B is located on a hill close to Main Street, we walked to dinner one night."

"The TV didn't work. There was a long sheet about how to get it working but who has that time? How about using the remote as usual? Every hotel should have blackout drapes but they did not. People moved into next room with a non-stop yipping dog. The stay overall was great but for price these issues need attention."

Once I get there they couldn’t find the steamers and said they would arrange for someone to bring one to our room. We requested extra towels and that also took at least half an hour to arrive.
