"This is a very modern hotel, with everything controlled using a laptop panel, from the lights, curtain to in room dining. The fascilities are new and proper. "I was looking for a unique experience and this is the right hotel. While the location is further from the Cotai strip, they have a shuttle bus to bring you to the strip and taipa. There are shops and dining within the hotel. This area is shared with 2 other hotels. The casino is also shared. "Tastefully decorated, clean, and classy hotel. Every staff member were polite and competent. Melody at the front desk working the early morning hours was exceptional. She was super helpful and enthusiastic in helping us with info on tourist attractions and mapping them for us due to the concierge desk not being open. "

"Staff members stood behind the counter(s) appeared more like immigration officers (stern, reactive) than hospitable frontliners. Specks of stain on the headboard, aged watermarks on the shower screen, black marks at the edge of basin, in-room safe did not work, room smelled of cigarette despite a non-smoking floor.
