Mercure Hotel President Lecce
Staff was excellent, very clean. However our bathroom sink was not draining properly and this was mentioned to staff on day one of our stay and it was never fixed. Also our room (201)was next door to the service room and it was very very noisey. We asked to switch rooms and we were told No.

It’s a beautiful, large apartment, with modern amenities and vaulted ceilings that also happens to be steps to the Duomo, in the old town. My only complaint is they said I’d get parking and check -in information 48 hours before my arrival but did not. I had to contact Expedia and got instructions ...
