"Everything was exceptional from the breakfast (the walnut pastries are a must) to the staff who brought our food to the room one day even though they don't offer room service to accommodate our schedule issues. This location is really best for couples and/or solo travellers who want to unwind and slow life down. There's no TVs but they have games and a decent library, albeit it is all in Italian. My only quibble would be is to strengthen the wifi."

"Great location and very attentive host with great recommendations around the city. I highly recommend!"

"They were very helpful to me when I arrived. I difficulty accessing there messages to me. They put me at ease"

"Place was great, beautiful, modern, well maintained and staff was very helpful. I didn’t like that it is far from everything, far from train station, not too many options for food in the vicinity."

"Charming and very original. Great warmth from the staff and very helpful. Enjoyed the room and restaurant at and surrounding towns."

"Apparently the check in times in Tuscany are very rigid. You must check in within the stated hours or else be subject to room cancellation. That being said, we made it in at the alotted hour. There is no staff on site until the stated check in hours, so checking in early is impossible. There appeared to only be one staff person who did not speak much English. He was nice and helpful enough. The complimentary breakfast was suprisingly good! Fresh coffee and cappuccino, warm fresh...

"Tha parking was easy on the property. It was within walking distance to the villages with shops, restaurants and cafes. The best part was the staff. The owners were incredibly helpful, friendly and made you feel like family. Breakfast outside was lovely overlooking the hills of Tuscany. We met many people and had lovely conversations with other travelers during breakfast. A gem in Tuscany."

"Very nice and helpful staff. I loved the first place"
