"A/C never worked, first night there was hot water. Day 2/3 nothing, let it run for the longest time and never got hot. Went upstairs just to see the views and was told couldn’t pass withOUT ID. I was in sweats, my mom and I. We’re not in the club scene anymore, haven’t been in years and they wouldn’t let us just take a look and a quick picture. Front desk was nice, accommodating…but I think the crowd of people that were always around at night was too young for my liking. "

"Our stwy was really nice. However, they do not clean the rooms every day. They do every other day. We were there for four days. I don’t like that. I think the room should be clean and picked up every day and towels exchanged out every day if needed. And the room should be made up every day if you’re paying for the price of this hotel. Other than that, the staff were nice. The bartender in the bar they were all wonderful."
