Un séjour décevant !!!

Ce établissement n'est pas aux normes d'un hôtel. Il est très vétuste et très sale. Les chambres et toilettes ne sont ni propres,ni entretenues. Nous nous sommes faits avoir par les images du site. La climatisation ne fonctionne pas,le petit déjeuner n'est pas de qualité. Bref une vrai déception. De plus à notre arrivée le personnel ne savait que nous arrivions. Nous avons dormis dans des draps sales. Bref ,une horreur.Alors que nous avons payées pour les chambres les plus chères pour avoir le confort!!!
