"The hot water supply was unstable, we need to take cold water shower in most of the time. There were 3 domes but we were assigned the one with the worst view which cannot see the Kominato railway at all. We found that the other two domes were empty but the owner simply didn’t provide the better view dome. There are not much restaurants nearby. "Very small room, but got everything you need, even the pajamas. This is the most convenient hotel ever, it just right at the corner of the ticketing hall, it only takes one minute to get to the security check."

"Stayed here as a solo traveler since I had an early flight out of Terminal 3. The hotel was relatively easy to find once you get to the garden area of the airport. The check in kiosks were new for me but went smoothly. Would stay again!"

"The room was great. The lines at check-in and check-out is very slow and at times frustrating. Also, the free drink you get as a VIP guest is poison. They offer you a free drink, but it has to come off their special menu which is just the worst wine or sparkling wine you could ever buy. And you have to pay money to even get to the bar, so it's kind of moot. The front desk is also disconnected from the bar, as they assured me the drink wasn't going to be for some off menu swill and that it was valid for any drink. Total fabrication."

"Rooms clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel is also convenient to mono rail service (YURIKAMOME Line) to SHIMBASHI Station for subway trains all over Tokyo, and bus services to and from Haneda Airport and Shinagawa station for Bullet Train. Excellent hotel and I will stay there again."
