"I booked and paid for the room on the Hotels.com app, got the $9 room protection just in case something happed and check in was very fast and easy. Amazing price for a remarkable experience. The room was very nice and clean. The water pressure was amazing and the air conditioner was working overtime. The front desk lady answered very quickly and was so nice when I called to see what time the pool closed, which was both refreshing and relaxing. I had an amazing time with my family and I can’t wait for my next stay!"

"The room was clean and the staff are very nice. I didn’t get a handicap room I requested so I was given a choice of a king on the first floor or a double on the second floor. I needed the space so I took the second floor. I wish they had an elevator to the second floor. The rails leading to up stairs needed cleaning. It’s all covered in spiderwebs, the bath tub should have traction inside the tub to prevent falling. They need an inner layer of a shower curtain that isn’t made of material, it needs a vinyl curtain. To help prevent the bathroom floor from getting so wet."
