"We liked the private hot spring in the room but would feel more comfortable if there was a sign indicating that the pool was cleaned/sanitized after every guest stay. We also liked the convenience of the underground parking as well as the excellent breakfast. The International portion of the hotel is rather dated with an unpleasant smell at the elevator lobby, but not inside the room. Some of the floor tiles inside were cracked but the room we had was spacious, quiet and quite pleasant. Also...

"Disappointed to the facility and the receptionists They are spouse the first impression of the staying but the guests are not feeling welcome and helpful. "

"Breakfast was in a separate building from the hotel which wasn’t great. Limited breakfast options. Hotel exterior was a little old and dirty, and to check into the hotel it would also be in a separate block which was confusing at first. Felt a lot more like a hostel but it’s acceptable for its price. "

"Convenient and yet quiet location. Easy walk to bus and train station. Decent breakfast. Will stay again when visiting Jiaoxi."

"Everything was perfect, pretty good location if you don’t want to be too close to the city center, bus stop 6 minutes away from the hotel. Uber/taxi to the center is around 4-10€(depending where you’re going Jiaoxi, Wai’ao Beach etc) I would recommend and gladly come back !"
